Yes, formerly Lisa Vicious

In November 2024, the US Secret Service came to my house to question me about a threat against Trump. An Instagram was made using my moniker, Lisa Vicious, to make the threat. 

Previous to this I had been considering ditching 'Vicious' for a more professional name, ultimately between that and the Secret Service situation, I decided legally and professionally to use my legal name.  So, it seemed like the right time especially given I was about to publish my fourth book, Paper Monsters in October. This was traumatic for me and still is, given the current political climate of our country. 

It turns out, it was someone I knew who framed me because I didn't agree with their MAGA worship. The last I heard, their business and social media sites were removed. Which, is just a slap on the wrist! 

So, I have been switching my name on my socials media, I will publish Paper Monsters in 2025 under my legal name as well. It's a pain in the ass and I'm sure I'll still be referred to as Lisa Vicious, but it's better professionally to retire that name to be taken more seriously.
